Course: The book glorifies Christ and seeks to prevent/reverse the apostasy of Hebrew Christians. It distinguishes between the law of Moses and the Gospel, and emphasis is given to practical aspects needed especially for the Christian today.

The Prison Epistles - Instructor: Eric Garner
Course: Ephesians sums up of God’s eternal purpose in the church, which is exalted and glorified as the body of Christ. Philippians contains valuable instructions for the church, the Book of Colossians deals with false doctrine and gives instructions to Christians, and Philemon deals with certain social attitudes

Introduction to the New Testament - Instructor: Rick Owens
Course: Each book will be considered individually, considering its purpose and historical setting, and attention given to the message of the first recipients and to its readers since.
TUESDAY class at Union Grove (Cleveland, TN) Begins on August 27, 2024 and end on November 19, 2024.

Numbers - Deuteronomy - Instructor: Jim Lewis
Course: The Pentateuch is concluded. Numbers is a study of the wanderings of Israel from Sinai to the Promised Land. In Deuteronomy, further emphasis will be given to the binding of the Decalogue, especially the Sabbath, and to whom it applied. Some of the criticism of Deuteronomy will be considered, showing beyond doubt it was a production inspired of God and Moses as its human author.

Costs – All courses are totally Free, and that includes all materials which are distributed in class.
Attendance – Classes are open to anyone who has a desire to study God’s word. Attend as few or as many of the courses as you wish. You are welcome to visit any class session on any night.
Audit or Credit – If one takes a course for credit, that means he/she does the assignments, including homework, memory verses, and exams (36 total course credits are required for graduation). If one audits a course, that means they are not required to do the assignments, but they still receive all class materials.
Registration for courses – We do this at the first session of each new course.
